Boris Bad (Enough)

I fear something terrible may have happened.

To Boris, that is. My pet spider has been MIA for 2 days now, which is quite unlike him. I noticed recently that he'd been having a visitor. I assumed it was a girlfriend or somesuch, assuming spiders operate that way. Spiders are pretty territorial, I presume, but hey, you've gotta make babies somehow.

Anyway, neither of them have been seen as I said for 2 days now. Could he have been attacked and killed by the other spider? Moved to a better feeding area? Just plain ol' up and died? We may never know. Boris will be missed. I'll leave the webs up in the corner for a while, just in case, but I fear my pet spider experiment may be over.
